Patients Union App - How to delete account

At International Patients' Union, we understand that sometimes you may need to say goodbye. Deleting your account is easy, and we want to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Here’s how to delete your Patients Union account:

• Open the app and tap on “side bar” in the top left corner of the Home screen.
• Scroll down to the option "Account Deletion Request"
• Now tap on “Account Deletion Request”.
• Share with us why you’re leaving. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to share your reasons for deleting your account. This helps us improve the app for everyone.
• Once you submit your feedback, your account deletion will be initiated. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your account and associated personal data to be permanently deleted.

Disclaimer: Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your personal information associated with the account, including login data, will be removed from our app logs.
